Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees). Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed. Violators are subject to penalties.
We are very available during our guests' stay. While we are not on site, we can be reached via text at any time. Respecting our guests' privacy and wishes is our top priority. We welcome the opportunity to assist our guests by making restaurant/shopping recommendations, sharing favorite things to do in the area, and helping with transportation, etc.

we ended up buying mugs for the kitchen and a couple of wine glasses too from the local thrift store. Could use a couple of baking pans as well as we cooked in a couple of times.
I have had a double hip replacement so getting in and out of these low beds were a nightmare and difficult at best. We also bought an extension cord so the living room TV could be used and turned on. The grey everything paint /bedsheets in the king size room was depressing and would not be my choice.
The location however was perfect and close to family.
It would have been nice to have been warned about the road construction and the Constant Beep Beep beep of backing up equipment, That was a deal breaker.
Back door was unlocked when we got there, kitchen sink faucet was loose and not anchored.
There’s no place to sit in the bedrooms for dressing. The cofffee pot needs updating and cleaning. It had a lot of scum and would not heat up well. We are tea drinkers so a kettle would be helpful. So some things to fix and update. It seems like a flip that’s poorly supplied.
