Nestled amongst neighbouring villas within Puerto del Carmen, this white-washed villa is less than a 10-minute walk to the main shopping scene and heart of the resort. If trying local foods is top of your priority list then Puerto del Carmen could be ideal for you. Local restaurants, international cuisines and busy bars are just a stone's throw away, offering mouthwatering delicacies, fresh seafood and irresistible cocktails. Alternatively, the local sandy beach, stretching nearly 1km in length is the ideal spot for a day at the beach.

If a day by the pool is more your thing then look no further, as Villa Familia boasts a delightful 6x3.5m heated* salt-chlorinated pool and lined with reclining sun loungers. For alfresco dining, there's an open terrace allowing you to make the most of the sunshine, as well as a BBQ, ideal for grilling up some tasty treats for lunch. Sliding patio doors invite you to the indoor open-plan living area. Modern in style, this open living space boasts a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a contemporary kitchen. We also find two bedrooms on this floor, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds, both sharing a separate shower room. The master bedroom is on the first floor, complete with a private ensuite and cool air conditioning.
