Location is good.Just at the back of the shopping centre.Very spacious...good facilities.
Needs a bit of TLC.Could do with new soft furnishings.Towels..bed clothes... pillows...curtains.

Location and size of property
A few minor issues with shower, pool a bit shaded even thought we paid for the heating it didn’t feel it. Could not imagine what it would be like if we didn’t

good location within a few hundred meters of the old town bars and restaurants. nice balcony with the master bedroom although they have put extra panels on the barrier obstructing your view of the sea. some UK tv channels. pool is small but a good size for children to play in. there is a bbq which we didn’t use. (explanation why below)
straight across from the Villa is a modern shopping facility with a lovely bar /restaurant terrace at the top with an open air cinema and a good mini golf.
as mentioned. the balcony has an obstructed view. I guess it’s a safety thing, but there is already a safety rail behind the panels they have fitted so unnecessary in my opinion.
the furniture is quite dated and not comfortable at all plus the two sofas were dirty. the general cleanliness was below par for a Villa listed as a quality property. we had to buy our own cockroach spray for persistent pests. we also had to clean down anything we wanted to use in the kitchen which is very basically supplied. only 2 wine glasses in a family Villa for example. the bbq hadn’t been cleaned and the utensils were left outside going mouldy from the last time they were used. after the 3rd day someone came to clean the pool but left it murky were you couldn’t see the bottom which put us off using it again. very strange. we eat out every morning and night because we weren’t comfortable using the kitchen costing us quite a lot more than we had budgeted for. this place could be really nice if a little TLC was applied and perhaps a refurbishment
