Two-bedroom apartment with a terrace, perfect for 4 people. Recently renovated and decorated, with the best qualities and functionality to enjoy both comfort and quality. You can enjoy one of the best areas of Madrid. Very central location and well connected.
- Living room: completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, lamps and Smart Tv and high speed internet.
- Terrace: large terrace with artificial grass and spectacular views of the center of Madrid
- Kitchen: you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc.
- Nº1 Bedroom: Very cozy.
The first bedroom has a 1.35 cm bed with a viscoelastic mattress, a cabinet for clothes and an exterior window, making the room very bright.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.
- Nº2 Bedroom: Very quiet and cozy.
The second bedroom has another comfortable 1.35cm bed with a memory foam mattress, a wardrobe for clothes and an exterior window. Making the stay totally comfortable and comfortable.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.
- 1 fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to have a perfect stay.
The bathroom will have a pack of towels for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.
Hair dryer, iron, soap dish, shampoo and gel.
You will have access to the building through a link that you will open from your own mobile phone, all the information will be explained and sent days before arrival. The building has an elevator from which you can access the apartment, in addition to the main stairs of the building.

The neighborhood is emblematic of Madrid, very close, right at the door you will find the metro and commuter station: Embajadores, if you want to walk the center you have it just 10 minutes away.
Very close you will find the Atocha train station, the Reina Sofia museum and the Retiro Park, you will have an incredible experience.
Metro stations nearby: Embajadores and Acacias.
Once the reservation is made and before arrival, we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.

We enjoyed our stay and were pretty happy with the accommodations. The location is perfect and the outdoor terrace areas were a nice bonus (however, there was a wet mud underneath the grass carpet of the larger balcony area so we did not use it much because it was a little gross). The unit is small so I truly would not recommend more than 3 people staying here. The toilet area is also extremely small as well as the second bedroom. Nonetheless, it did the job for our short stay. There were no face towels and a couple of the towels had a stain, but otherwise the place was very clean. Thank you!

Our family (2 adults and kids aged 8 and 6) had a great stay here. Very clean, spacious, and it was lovely to have an outdoor space. We stayed during very warm weather and the air conditioning worked great. Location was also great, we walked to our bus tour and the train station.

Truly a great location. Metro right out the front door. Coffee and Pastries within steps. Minor disfigures getting the online check in to work but had what we needed to smoothly check in.
We experienced a hot water issue and it was fixed within the hour!
