The apartment had most of the things we required for our short stay such as kitchen utensils and towels. Instructions were clear for arrival. There is also a lift to get to the apartment.
Toiletries ran out during our stay, the apartment lists toiletries included so it would be great to add them in the sink and top up in the shower too.

El personal fue muy atento a través de la aplicación. Ojo: hay ruido. Está en todos los comentarios. Estás justo frente a la bajada del metro y el bus, pero la ubicación es muy buena porque estás muy conectado con todo lo demás.
Estaría bien que pusieran más artículos de baño y limpieza (jabón de manos, jabón de trastes, shampoo, acondicionador). Aunque el piso está reformado y es bonito y moderno, es un lugar viejo. Las camas son cómodas, pero no las almohadas. Además, por la ubicación, estás muy expuesto a la vista de los transeúntes.

Falta de limpeza em toda a casa, recipientes do gel de banho e shampoo vazios, casa com péssimo isolamento sendo que as janelas da varandas não fechavam completamente. Depois das primeiras 24h, deixamos de ter água quente, a televisão a na funcionava, sem espaço para arrumação.
