Perfect base to explore Chiavari and the surrounding coastline
A spacious and very comfortable apartment, exactly as described and very close to supermarkets, restaurants and the centre of town. It was an easy (flat) 15 minute walk back to the station and free area of the beach. The host, Cristina, was very helpful and offered great suggestions for where the best parts of town were and interesting sightseeing options.

Der individuelle Stil der Wohnung hat uns gefallen, der Lärm war anstrengend.
Individuelle Einrichtung mit zum Teil alten Möbeln und schönen Bildern an den Wänden. Sehr hohe Räume, schönes Wohnzimmer, geschmackvoll gestaltete Schlafzimmer. Bahnhof und Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, ca. 20 Minuten. Großer Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Dass zusätzlich 10€/Tag für Energiekosten noch dazu kamen, wurde, erst mach Abschluss der Buchung bekannt gegeben. Laut Buchung stand die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung, ein Zimmer war aber unzugänglich und abgeschlossen. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und Pfannen mussten vor dem ersten Gebrauch gereinigt werden. Für 2 Personen gab es für 9 Tage eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und ein Spülmaschinentab. Auf Anfrage erklärte man, dass beide Artikel vom Gast zu kaufen wären! Die Wohnung liegt im höheren Erdgeschoss, der Lärm der Strasse und vor allem der von den oben wohnenden Nachbarn war teilweise sehr heftig. Für Lärmempfindliche und Ruhe suchende Personen keine gute Anlaufstelle.
