The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our stay was comfortable, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town. A convenient and pleasant place to stay while exploring Mostar.

The balcony and view were lovely, looking over the city and mountains!
Location was perfect and so close to the old town.
The bed was super comfortable.
The shower was quite small and sometimes the whole floor got wet without and mops or a way to clean the water or wipe away.
It would have been nice to have some tea or coffee available at the property.

The staff were very helpful. It was near the Old Town and the clock tower
It was very basic and in an old tower block. Arriving at night it was dark in the stairwell and the lift only went to the 9th floor. The apartment is on the 10th. A kind neighbour put the hallway light on and helped with the bags. We could not get the cooker to work and the small light in the bedroom also did not work
