1st is the location wow and the cleanliness of the apartment

If they had someone to clean the room daily

Great location, very spacious. Amazing view form the balcony Had all the facilities, kitchen, fridge, air conditioning and a washing machine for everyone in the building located in the basement. Would highly recommend staying there

The staff and communications with them, they had to be there when we arrived, I have asked them about transport form the train station before hand but they said no however on the day they offered it as we were running late and had to meet them before a certain time for check in. Also when checking out- we asked to keep our bags in the building however when we arrive back we had to call them to meet us and they were 10 mins late, the bathroom in the building was locked so we couldn’t use it when collecting the luggage and leaving

The Hotel is beautifully decorated. The hosts are amazing. the rooms are clean. it is just above the old town so you can access the attractions in just a minute or two walk while managing to stay away from noise. the laundry service is great.
