The property had everything it needed. The structure is all well studied, the windows gave the rooms natural, flowing breeze. It’s in a quiet location, which was a plus. Everything in the apartment was quality.
The stairs are not easy to take for elderly with heavy luggage if you’re in the upper floor.
Also the parking was a bit of a frustration as in 3 instances I had to call the property owner to report that my designated space (and others) was taken by a group of people. One evening I couldn’t stay with my parents because of that. So maybe better parking regulations should be enforced.

Better explanation about heating/airconditioning. E.g. hot weather and seemed like underfloor heating was on.
