Disappointing and poor standard
Good location near bus stops and park and ride. Easy to get into Oxford. Flat nice and warm.
The flat had not been cleaned properly when we arrived. There were even dirty clothes left in one room. The fridge was dirty, marks on wall, crumbs on work surfaces. This was promptly sorted out the next day when the cleaners came back in. Also new pots and pans were left as the ones in the flat were old and battered. However there seemed to be a drainage problem in the flat as the toilet didn't always flush well, the sink didn't drain properly nor did the shower. There was a foul drainage smell in the small bedroom which would have made sleeping in there unpleasant. The photos make the flat look nicer than it actually is. The furniture is cheap, the bathroom mirror was broken, the glass pictures were chipped, there were marks on the walls and doors. We couldn't get the cooker to work and there were no instructions. There was a lot of noise at night from the upstairs flat and from people walking up and down the outside passageway running alongside the main bedroom so we didn't sleep well. Overall it was not a pleasant stay and we wouldnt recommend it or stay again. But we were grateful that the cleaning issues were dealt with promptly.
