Comfy and clean!

Very clean and spacious. Pauline had provided tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for when we arrived which was very welcomed. Lovely view of the lakes.

The caravan was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The position on the site was excellent and allowed us to enjoy all the stunning views. Great shower and bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy to park. Great shop onsite and entertainment for all ages. 30 minute drive to Newquay and surrounding beaches.

Beautiful picturesque Location

The owner was lovely and had great communication with us. The caravan was nice with a lovely view, and was also clean and provided towels, and bed covers ( which some other private owners haven't in the past ) The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We had a lovely stay despite the weather being awful that weekend. Lakes are nice to walk around.

I feel it has to be said that I felt the info at booking was a bit misleading. It said three bed room house on the description which I assumed to be a lodge and the photo kind of imply it is nestled with a lot of other brown lodges but when we got there it was a green caravan still nice though ... It did say the standout feature is the private pool and this was listed in the bed room features which is confusing and misleading. The pool is actually the pool that is on site for the holiday park because this caravan is owned privately you have to pay separately for the pool which involves buying a pretty expensive entertainment pass so I think this should be much clearly pointed out ..... All of this being said we still had a lovely time despite the awful weather the weekend we were there. We were also disappointed by the ship listed in the photos as a climbing frame but now it is converted into mini golf and looks a bit worse for wear as the kids were looking forward to climbing that. I wouldn't stay again but this is mainly because White Acres is quite a way from the coast and I don't drive I only booked it due to the balloon festival in Fraddon which was a massive flop also due to the weather. I think for people that drive it would make a great location to use as a base for exploring.

This was a lovely property to stay in and the price was also very reasonable, I would highly recommend.

The property was lovely - very clean and tidy, and everything a guest needs. The host even left some scones, jam and cream (which were delicious!). I arrived quite late and it was also very peaceful and quiet. Also located close to the lake which was lovely.

Nothing - the property was lovely, I had a few issues finding my way around the site itself, but that’s down to my sense of direction! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the property at all, it was wonderful.
