Get the whole gang together at this spacious four-bedroom holiday home on a family-friendly resort just 7 miles from Newquay. Sleeping eight people across four bedrooms, it's ideal for large families or groups who are in search of a fun-filled base to call home while they explore Cornwall together. Wake up and set off with your buckets and spades to the golden sands of Mawgan Porth (5.1 miles) Watergate Bay (7 miles), or head to the surfing haven of Fistral (8.5 miles) to catch a wave. For a family day out, head for Lappa Valley (5 miles), where you can ride the steam train or potter about on the boating lake. Just 10 miles away you’ll find the National Trust’s Carnewas, where you can set off on a beautiful cliff-top hike to the sheltered cove at Porth Mear. Further afield, make a beeline for the Eden Project (13.5 miles) to explore its iconic biomes.
Step inside this two-storey getaway and you’ll discover a bright, open-plan living/kitchen/dining area – the sociable heart of the property. After a day at the beach, sink into a sofa in the living area to unwind with your loved ones. Cook in the beautiful kitchen area and share a leisurely dinner at the wooden dining table, before you stretch out on the sofa in the living area for a film night. A 4ft double bedroom and a shower room complete the ground-floor layout. Head upstairs and you’ll find three more bedrooms – a king-size with a Juliet balcony and an en-suite shower room, as well as a double and a twin. A sleek family bathroom with a corner bath completes the layout.
Step out into the garden, and you’ll discover a charming patio with a picnic bench – the perfect spot for an al fresco dinner. Beyond your doorstep, the resort's shared facilities are yours to enjoy. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools, keep the little ones entertained at the play area and soft play, or have a little competitive fun on the tennis courts.
