Casa Vista Surf - Beautiful apartment w/ terrace & balcony (fiber)

Ubicación, piso muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario en la cocina (y en buen estado que no es sistemático en pisos turísticos). Las habitaciones son muy amplias Terraza muy chula

It's a great apartment. Location is excellent. Near to many excellent restaurants (5-10 minute walk) and supermarkets (5 minute walk). It is in a more residential area, though, which in turn means a relatively quiet environment, which means you're able to get a solid night of sleep. Apartment is tastefully decorated with modern decor. All items in the apartment in a good state of repair. This also goes for the kitchen area, which is genuinely well-equipped, with all the utensils clean and ready for use. Starter items, like a few dishwasher tablets, dish soap, bin bags, etc, were included. Having a dishwasher is a massive bonus, too. (Who wants to spend their holiday doing washing up?) Bathroom was well-appointed. Plenty of hot water. Heated mirror was brilliant. An extractor fan would be useful as it does get humid, especially if there's two of you showering. Beds broadly comfortable, although one of the rooms can get a little airless as it doesn't have a window to the exterior that can be opened. A fan is provided and fairly quiet, which solves the issue. Roof terrace was great and comfortable. Access is slightly fiddly (see below) but it's a very pleasant environment. On clear days, you can also enjoy a view of Lanzarote from it! The WiFi was both fast and reliable, which is handy and not always guaranteed. This is useful even if you're not intending to do any work -- maybe you just want to spend some time working out which restaurant to try next! Lastly, key collection was straight forward. Check-in was simple and communication was clear. Victoria met us to hand over keys and note a few essential things. She was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Check-out was also hassle-free, just leave the keys and go.

Not much. While location was overall excellent, parking was occasionally a bit challenging, depending on the time of day. Worst case scenario, one would park a few streets / 2 min walk away, so really not a huge deal -- this might be a bit more of an issue during peak seasons, though. The roof terrace was great and big enough for a couple, but it might be a bit tighter if there's four of you. It is accessed by leaving the apartment and going up the communal stairs. It's not a long walk, but you'll need to remember keys etc, which is a minor inconvenience. This could be improved by having a small fridge on the terrace, so there'd be less need to go up and down the stairs to e.g. refill drinks. Inside-facing bedroom (the double bedroom) was somewhat airless and slightly musty. There is a fan included though, which helps to make things comfortable. The front-facing bedroom was cooler as the windows could be opened for fresh air. With the fan going, it wasn't a barrier to a good night of sleep.

L’appartamento è esattamente come si presenta nelle foto, super accogliente, ben tenuto e super attrezzato e il terrazzo privato è stato una chicca di questa vacanza; l'appartamento è vicinissimo alle vie e alla piazza principale di Corralejo. L'host è stata sin dall'inizio gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o problema. Super consigliato!

L'appartamento molto bello e accogliente,con tutti i confort. Ottima la posizione in prossimità del centro,negozi, panetteria sotto casa, non c'è parcheggio privato ma lo si trova facilmente.i Letti, cuscini, divano super comodi.

L'unico difetto,se così si può dire,che al terrazzo non si accende direttamente dall'appartamento
