Der erste Eindruck, tolle Maisonette mit vielen Terrassen in guter Lage, Parkplätze, liebevoll eingerichtet, Waschmaschine und Trockner
Der modrige/feuchte Geruch, die Schlafzimmer im UG konnten nicht genutzt werden ebenso die Küche. Die 2 Bäder im UG, großzügig aber bis man die Treppen runter geht kann es gefährlich werden. Stromausfall bei Regen. Wasser ist durch die geschlossenen Fenster im DG eingedrungen

The location, the fully equipped kitchen, the second lounge upstairs, how light and bright the property is. Good to have outside spaces to sit.
Bathroom lock has been painted over so doesn’t work and the front door lock is rusty abc difficult to open. Would be nice to have a space outside for us all to sit and eat.

Escalera con una barandilla que no cumple la normativa, dejando grandes agujeros peligrosos por los que puede caer un niño, son tres plantas de altura. Mal estado de las instalaciones, todo roto o apunto de romperse, lavavajillas oxidado por dentro, estado deplorable
