super situation, a proximité de tout, commerce, plage et centre ville, un peu compliqué de trouver une place de parking, mais on a trouvé une impasse a 200m ou on a pu se mettre tout les jours l immeuble est habilité principalement par des locaux meme si le mur n est pas très isolant, on a pas été dérangé
ce serait bien de préciser dans l appart ou on peut déposer les sacs poubelles, on a cherché un peu pour trouver...

Nella descrizione c'è scritto fronte spiaggia ma il nostro alloggio non lo era.

La ubicación excelente y a pesar de estar muy céntrico, la calle es tranquila y no hay ruido.
Debería mejorar la limpieza, la ducha apenas tiene presión de agua y la nevera hace mucho ruido (por la noche acabamos apagándola para poder dormir) y es un estudio con todo integrado en la misma estancia. El mobiliario es muy viejo y hay cosas deterioradas. Las camas cómodas, eso si. También hay un problema de olor a humedad, sobre todo en el armario. A pesar de todo, nos adaptamos y pasamos buena estancia, mejorando estos aspectos el estudio ganaría calidad
