In una zona centralissima, a pochi passi da tutto. Ottima prezzo e offre tutto il necessario (dal caffè ai rasoi usa e getta).
Tende sporche; la lavatrice funziona ma lascia un cattivo odore sui vestiti; difficoltà di parcheggio nelle zone limitrofe

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Hauptallee der Stadt, mit idealer Nähe zum Strand/Meer, Supermarkt etc. Die Wohnung ist recht neu renoviert worden. Es ist zwar nicht blitzblank aber ausreichend sauber, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Guter Herd.
Die Trommel der Waschmaschine scheint beschädigt, weshalb ich vorsichtshalber auf einen Waschsalon ausgewichen bin. Die Fenster sind nicht wirklich lärmisolierend, wer ruhig schlafen möchte, für den ist das nichts, ich fands aber O.K.
