Sehr netter Gastgeber. Kann zwar nur spanisch, aber die Unterhaltung über Google translater hat gut funktioniert. Sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Hat alles gepasst.

No hay ascensor, el agua de los grifos a veces sale con poca presión según la demanda de agua que haya en el edificio

La situació i la confortabilitat interior
Ruido de las bombas de presion tanto la nuestra como la de los vecinos eran 6 y estavan en la azotea, debajo del apartamento, la antena de TV la tuve que arreglar yo, el conserge o no quiso o no sabia, la bomba de presion del agua funcióno por que la tuve tambien que arreglar , y no creo que estuviera dado de alta como vV porque no tenia el logotipo en la vivienda y ademas no quiso la còpia ni hacer las fotos de nuestros DNI como en todos los apartamentos que hemos estado
