The apartment is a 2-minute walk from Bristol Beach and the North Shore surfing spots. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, where you’ll find the best restaurants, bars, and nightlife, and 7 minutes from the town’s white-sand beaches, with a bus stop for the airport right outside.
Located in the exclusive Bristol Sunset Beach development, it offers a great atmosphere and a youthful vibe, along with an amazing rooftop where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast and evening drinks, and stunning views of the island’s unique landscape!
The property offers a communal rooftop, a concierge service, and many other activities that can be booked through the fantastic team managing the building!
All communal spaces are accessible to our guests, from the rooftop to the swimming pool, and guests can sign up for gym and yoga classes in our rooftop space.
If needed, we can provide tips on places to visit and things to do!! It’s a small town, but there are plenty of activities you can plan to do every day, including surf lessons and kitesurfing experiences (we recommend at least 5-day courses for kitesurfing).
Upon request, we can arrange for midweek cleaning, to be agreed upon at check-in.
We provide cleaning and a change of linens and towels every 10 days. The cost for this service is 40 euros per change.
High-speed Internet is also available at the property free of charge
If needed, we can also provide cribs for infants at a cost of 15 euros per week.
