Absolutely perfect location (once we found it which is an adventure in itself!) A lovely quirky house full of paintings and artifacts and really interesting interior design ideas! Easy to communicate with the property manager who was very helpful.
I wouldn't recommend it to someone with mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs

really quirky unusual house in a perfect location for exploring Brighton 'Lanes' and seafront. beds were very comfortable and main bedrooms well provisioned with tea/coffee facilities/fridge & tv.
parking could have been a challenge- when we saw cost of carparking nearby we booked a spot through justpark instead which worked well (25min walk away) but if we'd just expected to park think we'd have had trouble! my husband found the stairs too narrow- but the rest of us thought they added to the charm...

This place is one of my favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed in! So quirky and cleverly laid out, the decor is amazing and all the extra little features and attention to detail. Breakfast is incredible, staff friendly and accommodating and location is brilliant. Can’t fault it.

A bit drafty in the living room but underfloor heating helped.
