Adorable 2-bedroom unit with jacuzzi beside falls

Close to Clifton hill,

When people were upstairs it sounded like it was a herd of elephants

Love the bedrooms and kitchen.

There should be a larger couch to relax on. The chairs in dining area were okay but for movies we got stiff sitting in them.

The location of the house is the biggest bonus of this apartment. Being only 1 street away from most of the attractions makes it both quieter and accessible. The bathrooms were both well equipped - with great water pressure.

Within the property, there is no lounge area. The kitchen was poorly equipped to cook a full meal (reheating and simple dishes were fine), but the lack of main utensils / scissors, chopping board did limit our ability to cook for a family. There is a lot of noise from the apartments both upstairs and downstairs, sometimes late into the night; the occupants weren't being noisy, it simply travels throughout the building. We couldn't figure out a way to control the heat inside the property and suspect this was controlled somewhere else in the building, and the wifi signal was poor in places. We also ran out of hot water at one point when running a bath for our kids - we hadn't ran any hot water before as we had just got back from a day trip, but think it was the depleted by the apartment upstairs (we could hear the bath running...)
