This apartment was excellent value for money, especially considering its perfect location. It’s a real, comfortable apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. What really stood out, though, was the communication. From the very beginning, it was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, making the whole experience effortless. Arriving to find the air conditioning already on was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. I would return!

I’ve stayed at this property for the third time already — I think that says it all.

During my stay, construction had started behind the building, apparently for a new development. There was also construction work below the basement apartment. It could be a bit noisy at times during the day from both sides.

Location is great, kitchen is fully equipped, staff is very pleasant and quick to assist if you have any problems.

For me, being a light sleeper, the apartment is noisy as it’s located at the first floor. From the bedroom you can hear people and cars, and in the living room you hear the elevator and neighbors passing by.
