This is a small boutique hotel located near the Rome main train station. Great location with numerous great restaurants nearby. We arrived at the height of EU heat wave and the air conditioner in the room works great.
It is a little difficult getting to the hotel floor. Once in the building there is a small flight of stairs to get to the elevator. This may be difficult for someone with large suitcases or with mobility issues. The elevator is small.

I had a great stay in Rome! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby & easy access to the main attractions. My room was perfect, super clean, comfortable, quiet, & staff were very good with communication via WhatsApp, very friendly & welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again!
The ONLY negative; online most of the rooms had beautiful ceilings with glorious paintings. Mine did not - just white with LED lights, not special... (This is a me problem)

Good location - we were staying for less than 24 hours so can't complain too much! I liked the photographic instructions of how to get into the property
- We had to use self check-in: although we were given photos of how to get in but we weren't given the room name or instructions to get the key. We found ourselves waiting with no in person assistance whilst trying to communicate by WhatsApp - Room was very loud: we could hear lots of noise outside and from the floors upstairs - Bathroom was a bit small: it was difficult to manoeuvre with 2 people, and there wasn't much storage/shelving to store anything so most of my stuff ended up on the floor
