    Some renovation on going at lobby with minimal noise that doesn’t affect when your stay in room at all. Water with charges at mini bar while deposit can be paid in cash so u can get it back in cash too. Receptionist is super friendly and kind. Booked for its location just 5 mins walk away! Highly recommended

    Our first time in Rome and managed to get the hotel with the walking distance approx 400m to Termini Station. It’s very convenient to travel to airport and to other tourist spot. If they could have more lift will be great as the hotel currently provide one lift. Also the toilet shower compartment is relatively small even tho the bath room is spacious.

    1. Staff was unwelcoming, didn't even say hello when we arrived. 2. Room is nice, newly remodeled. 3. No coffee, only weird flavored tea in room 4. No soap in the shower, only refillable shampoo that had about 4 squirts in the bottle and then ran out 5. Room is dark and quiet which was great for sleeping 6. Nice bed, linens, pillows 7. We were asked if we took anything from the mini bar. There wasn't anything in it except 2 waters so that was weird. 8. Put the do not enter / disturb illumination sign on the door, but the housekeeper still came in, dont like that. 9. Let us check out 30 minutes late which was nice. Would have cared for our bags too, thats nice. 10. Overall a safe and modern room, still a lot of construction going on in the building but it did not effect the quality of our stay. Would recommend, just the staff and in room amenities need to be improved a bit. For the price, not a lot of complaints.
