Location. Comfortable and clean building. Underground parking for one vehicle is included in the price.
The place needs a refresh (painting, furniture repairs). It needs a thorough cleaning, not just vacuuming (the dirty underwear behind the washing machine, covered in a layer of dust, still remember Orbán). The flowers in the house and on the balcony have not been watered for several weeks, adding to the impression of a neglected place. Cutlery and dishes are missing (maximum 2 people can eat comfortably at a time). The owner cut off all contact when a problem arose during our stay.

Jó, hogy van parkolási lehetőség. A lakás csendes, gyönyörű belső udvarra néz, pedig központi helyen van, nagyon jó a környék.

Good position. Car parking inclusive. Good communication.
The apartment is not well maintained. Cleaning was superficial. Complicated check in (the host did everything possible to explain it well) due to its position in an central building without parking before the building. It looks better in the photos than on-site.
