The location is quite nice. There's a 7-eleven and Tops Daily next to it, a food market (might not be too obvious), restaurants, pharmacy, etc. It is in between from both Jomtien and Pattaya in good and bad – you will likely need to somehow travel to either one quite often, but it's not too busy or noisy. The pools are nice and the apartment we were in was quite quiet, only one night we heard some music from some bar. A/C in every room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms are good.
The apartment is a bit worn out but not too bad. The sofa could be renewed, and could use some more kitchenware. The wifi on the other hand is plain bad.
