Quiet, great location with easy access to song thaews and convenience stores, fantastic view, decently equipped kitchen.
AC was way too powerful for the small space (even in "sleep mode") and could not be fully pointed away from the bed leading to a constant strong breeze throughout the night that became uncomfortable at times. Since the apartment is so high up the elevator does a million stops each time you're going up and down. Bed was slightly too firm for our liking. Kitchen equipment is quite old and worn, but mostly usable.
