The Icon Studio Apartment 1000

The location and safety of the propery was excellent. Close to the CTICC where we needed to go for work, the building also has a courier guy and a food lovers. Second time staying in the property. Clean and has mostly what you need on a business trip.

Getting into the property was a nightmare. We were sent a code to do our biometrics and upon arrival the system was down?!! Which meant we couldnt access our rooms at all. We sat in the lobby for 2 hours with all our suitcases waiting for the system to get back up. After contacting the agent we were told that it was the only way to get into our suite, so no back up plan. Even though we got access eventually the system would go offline intermittenly throughout our stay. I was stuck in the elevator twice, because the system didnt recognise my face. Our access also stopped the day before we left, so we had to ask the security to let us in and out. Another strange occurence was that we were contacted by the hosts asking if they could come into our room for an inspection. Even though we felt uncomfortable with this and mentioned that we would only be back in our rooms after 7 in the evening, they said that it would take 10 min. I didn't press for further details but did say it was fine. Did find it strange though especially as they didnt mention what it was that they were inspecting.

location is perfect and very clean place.

The only problem is we couldn’t use the bottom freezer as the fridge had ice and couldn’t open it but overall everything was good

The General Property is very central and well managed

The host is not really a nice person in terms of communication. The apartment is not well taken off, the shower was a problem to use, Infact it was not functioning well. The toilet paper was not enough, there was a smell in the apartment.
