The room was quite well equipped, especially clean and a short walk from the sea. There are restaurants, shops and everything you need around, Taormina is a short walk away, just up the hill :-)
The room is on the ground floor right next to a busy road. It didn't bother me much during the day, but it was disturbing at night (we were here for one night). Furthermore, the room has no windows, or rather only two small ones near the ceiling, but not much light gets through them and there is no chance to open them at night due to the noise. For a short stay considering the price, it's good, but I wouldn't choose it for a family vacation.
