The apartment was big and spacious. Francesco, the owner, is a very friendly person. He answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful along the way. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and small shops nearby. Taormina, one of the most beautiful places in Sicily, is also very close and easy to reach by bus or by car.
The street was quite noisy both during the day and at night, which made it difficult to relax at times. We were also surprised that there was no soap provided in the apartment, only small sachets of shower gel. The apartment was not cleaned at all during our stay, which was unexpected, especially for a longer visit. If you are travelling by car, parking can be quite challenging and the available options are rather expensive.
