Tastefully furnished. Comfortable and excellent location! Love the view!

Great views and artwork, beautiful apartment with everything you need. Owner is super responsive and very helpful. He made sure we had all the help and information we needed at all times. He let us have a later check out as well to coincide with our flight. Very clean and organised. Close to great markets and the waterfront as well as many restaurants. A quick 10minute drive to airport.

It was a holiday so the lifts were really busy and had to wait a long time, but not the owners fault.

It was a wonderful experience staying in the studio, it’s clean, location is great, and it has such a beautiful view of the sea. Staff is very friendly and gave clear instructions and even small souvenirs.

The place is perfect if you stay at Kota Kinabalu. Our host is incredibly friendly person, he can suggest a good places to visit in town and overall in Malaysia. The navigation was super easy, I liked how simple is to check in, and you don’t worry about timing. If you have a late night check-in, don’t worry, you’ll get instructions with key code etc. The studio itself decorated with own paints of the Host, you can see them on the wall, very cool looking! It’s spacious as well, plus fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Desktop and high speed internet. Comfy bed, hot shower and spectacular view on the shore of town. We had a pleasant time at Artsy Studio. From now on this place is a stay while in Kota Kinabalu. Special thanks to the Host and see you again!
