Buona pulizia, camere non molto grandi ma con letti comodi e un ampio soggiorno.
Parcheggio esterno e giardino dotato di barbecue.

The property is perfect as advertised, inexpensive and easy enough to drive to. We were a party of 4 and stayed here while snowboarding daily at Gudauri. The hosts were lovely and helped us find a taxi one day when we could not drive ourselves. Typically we rented an SUV and drove ourselved - the kobi-gudauri gondolas are perfect for this.

The staff is very nice and warm; she even helped us to recommend a super nice tour guide which really helps a lot. the cottage is cozy and well-equipped.

I like the location and facilities, but i did not like how noisy the place as we kept hearing all the tracks sound from the main street and the night we spent in the cottage was very windy and we couldn’t sleep well because of the wind noise
