Very friendly, approachable, helpful and welcoming hosts. Super well maintained and clean house. Stylish and fully equipped. Excellent air conditioning in each of 4 rooms (2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen). Very comfortable beds, great linen and towels.
(Variable water pressure, beyond control of host, parking space too narrow for daily use with VW Touran, alternative parking on street was readily available)

It’s an amazing, cozy house near to seaside (2,5 km). Fully equipped and prepared in the smallest detail for our stay including small welcome gift from the owner. Kitchen with all accessories. Very clean and renovated. Big, big recommendation from our family of four - stay at Giuliana’s house gave us a real feeling of traditional Italian home. The owner is very kind and helpful. Nothing to complain - only to spread good word to others :)

Comoda e spaziosa, con aria condizionata in ogni stanza
Praticamente non c’è acqua: la pressione non è sufficiente e fare la doccia in 7 è stato impossibile. Inoltre l’unico tavolo è in soggiorno adibito a camera, in cucina non c’è. Quindi abbiamo dovuto fare fuori anche la colazione. Alle 9:30-10 del mattino ti trovi dalla finestra la signora (proprietaria?/conduttrice?) ti gira nel giardino che circonda la casa, quindi zero privacy. Il parcheggio privato indicato nell’annuncio è talmente stretto da poter parcheggiare solo un’utilitaria.
