I only liked the apartment's clear mountain view, and the apartment was on the 13th floor out of 17 floors. The hosts, two ladies – one who delivered the keys and the owner – were nice and friendly, and they tried to justify all the shortcomings of the apartment.
Apparently, the owner of the apartment allows smoking. The television set is outdated. The curtains, carpets, and bedding are worn and need to be cleaned or hygienically treated. The mattress is like a biological warm pool; it smells terrible. The concept of cleaning and hygiene is not understood.

Host was very accommodating. Our plane arrived late at night and they were waiting for us with the keys. Excellent customer service. View was much better than the pictures show. Apartment is very comfortable. Any problems were immediately resolved by the host. We had a rental car and parking in the parking garage under the building is very convenient for a small fee.

Понравилось, что с нами всегда были на связи (от момента бронирования до выезда). Дружелюбное отношение хозяев, искреннее желание Руслана помочь нам по всем вопросам. Комфорт и шикарный вид из окна, все необходимое для проживания, отличный интернет. Территория вокруг дома огорожена, за домом есть детская площадка. Есть доставки, кафе, ботанический сад рядом.
