the beds are good. the room is very clean, the parking is super good. the landlord is super good. the cooking facilitates are good.

The only point is the bath room and toilet room are small.

The apartment has great fresh air circulation and even tough it is on the entrance floor it is quiet with beautiful trees and gardens surrounding it making the temperature good inside.

I missed the fact that there was no air conditioning. Also the hangers for clothes is in two small areas. Perhaps will be better to have a foldable clothes hanger or an external one will be good.

Понравилось все! Квартира на первом этаже, очень уютно, тихо и просторно. Три комнаты: гостиная с большим хорошим диваном и две спальни с двуспальным кроватями. Smart-TV, You Tube, все отлично работает. Санузел раздельный, чистый. Кухня удобная, есть столовые приборы и посуда в достаточном количестве, посуда для готовки. Удобная локация: общественный транспорт, магазины, кафе, банкоматы Kaspi и Halyk. Подходит как для кратковременного проживания так и длительного. Все устроило, хозяева очень вежливые и постоянно на связи. Рекомендую!

This is definitely the cleanest and most comfortable apartment I've ever stayed at. No dust or stain on it. Owner was so kind that she told us a lot about Almaty and nearby supermarkets and restaurants. She and her family were able to speak perfect English so we had a great time to communicate with them. If there was a trouble, she immediately would replie on WhatsApp. Price was pretty reasonable. I believe this apartment is suitable not only to short stay but to two week or more stay, though it is somewhat far from Shymbulak. It was near a bus stop to metro station so you do not have to take taxi.

Some facilities were old and out of order. Address on Booking.com is incorrect so be careful.
