Good location. The team that managers the property is will look into any request promptly (if contacted during business hours). The apartment downstairs is nice. Comfortable and specious for 4-5 people. A functional kitchen (Oven, Stove, Microwave, Big Fridge+freezer) and enough kitchenware for 3 people. There is a shortage of bowels and mugs. 2 of the chairs in the dinning area are broken. Kitchen table chairs can be used instead. The shower and laundry facilities are all good. The apartment has air-conditioning all around. The views are nice. Quiet place. Nice outdoor area.

Upstairs apartment (with balcony) is rather small. Only suitable for 2 people. The living area combined with the kitchen is very small and tight. The shower is horrendous (sit-down to shower). Lacks kitchenware. Small fridge. No washing machine. Very budget-like accommodation.

La colazione credevo non ci fosse e invece ho trovato un sacchetto da prima colazione quindi gradita la posizione a mio parere accettabile pochi km dal mare

In camera gli spazi di movimento troppo piccoli il bagno idem con vasca piccolissima era meglio un piatto doccia e l'acqua calda dopo un po' arrivava fredda
