Posizione in pieno Borgo Antico di Noli, con locali e negozi a due passi, vicino ai parcheggi, al mare, alla partenza dei sentieri per le escursioni. Appartamento semplice ma con tutto il necessario anche per chi vuole fare un soggiorno più lungo con cucina, frigorifero, lavatrice, fili per stendere all'esterno. Adatto per chi ama il fascino e la comodità di essere in pieno centro storico anche se la location non è nuova e moderna.
Un piccolo rinfresco decoratore a qualche infisso, battiscopa e qualche zona muro potrebbe rendere più accogliente l'appartamento.
