We booked this place because of its proximity to the town centre. It was easy for us to get groceries and takeaways. The photos matched with the actual place. It was easy to check in and check out because of the clear instructions given by the hosts.
It would be great to have a vacuum cleaner so that we can help to clean up the place better for longer stays. The sofa seemed to have some food crumbs from the previous occupants. It was no biggie for us but we couldn't clear up much without a vacuum cleaner.

Location is very good.
Couldn’t use courtyard or BBQ - too dirty. Very poor maintenance. Front entrance was dirty too - really in need of a sweep at least. A laundry basket would be helpful.
