loved the property it was in a great location and had everything we needed.

The aga cooker was something we wasn’t used to but not a complaint more of a learning curve

A music venue just outside the property had an event on the Sunday from 4 til 11. This was extremely loud and obviously went on for many hrs! I realise that nobody can legislate for things outside of the property but that is why we put good not excellent

Location was good very central Very comfy beds.

No key code for the front door! I didn't realise this until we were about to leave. Emails and calls to the contact number were ignored. I now know this home is managed by Host & Stay. Eventually Booking. Com helped us with the entry code and we were able to start our journey but the unnecessary delay meant we arrived at 10.30pm with a very tired young child. The bathroom needs remodelling. The shower enclosure is too small so the floor (and the human) get soaked when the door is opened as there's no space to avoid the spray! House for 6 people yet only one loo roll. Even the air freshening spray was empty. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on a floor with no bathroom. My child had several near falls on the smooth, wooden, open plan staircase. This is a Health & Safety issue and an accident waiting to happen! This property is not for young chn or elderly. The only heat source in the lounge is a radiator completely blocked by a sofa so the evenings in February were chilly. . The kitchen was warm due to the Aga but there's no seating. Why does a kitchen need 87 glasses? My son counted them 😁 Accidentally left some medication behind. Email marked as Urgent but still haven't had a reply 3 days later...i hope the owner reads these reviews.
