Limpeza do local. Móveis novos. Cozinha equipada com utensílios básicos.
1. O portão é aberto com chaves. Toda vez que precisamos sair/chegar, precisamos descer do carro. E quando chove, acaba alagando bem na frente do portão, formando barro. 2. Nos deram uma chave gasta, que no segundo dia quebrou ao abrir o cadeado. Tivemos que fazer cópia nova da chave. 3. A privada do apartamento entope sempre, não tem força para descarga.

O apartamento é super bem equipado, confortável, além de ser num condomínio muito bacana. Tudo arrumadinho, bem instalado e bem limpo.
A portaria só funciona até às 23 horas, se chegar depois das 23, corre o risco de não conseguir fazer o check in
