A Márcia, proprietária, foi muito solícita desde o início do contato. O tamanho da casa é bom, o jardim é lindo e bem cuidado, a localização é excelente, bem pertinho das praias do Lázaro e Sununga, duas praias lindas! Tem supermercado, farmácia e algumas lojinhas próximas. Mas a casa, que fica aos cuidados de outra pessoa, estava com um cheiro de mofo muito forte! Comuniquei a proprietária, que se comprometeu a corrigir o problema.
