Estivemos no imóvel no feriado de 07 de Setembro/2017. O condomínio é lindo, muito bem cuidado, lindos jardins e ótimas opções para crianças (piscinas e parquinhos). A casa é ótima, tem tudo (utensílios de cozinha, boas camas, ar-condicionado em todos os quartos) e muito limpa. Recomendo e, com certeza, voltarei! A proprietária é atenciosa e prestativa. Os funcionários do condomínio muito educados. Ótima experiência!!!!

Imóvel foi ótimo para as nossas necessidades (família com duas crianças pequenas), pois todos os quartos têm ar condicionado, a casa fica em condomínio fechado com piscina adulto e infantil, jardim, parquinho, mesa de ping pong e perto da praia. A praia de Toninha e ótima para crianças, fica perto da praia da Enseada (linda) e do centro de Ubatuba. A negociação foi super tranquila e D. Iracema sempre muito prestativa. Recomendo!!!
