The communications and check in were excellent. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and everything is nicely decorated. Very chic! Ana who helped us check in was very communicative and messaged me days before to make sure we were comfortable with everything, including check in time.
For the price, the agency really needs to provide toilet paper and toiletries (eg little shampoos, soaps, conditioners). They provided 2 toilet rolls for 4 nights for 4 women. There also weren’t any towels to dry hands in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is a shame bc this property has so much potential - it’s these little touches that really matter! If this is addressed, this property would receive 10/10.
