Stunning, newly refurbished to a high standard. This first floor flat is situated a stones throw from the Cliffs Pavilion, estuary gardens, beach, the esplanade, the renowned 'arches' cafes, train station, restaurants and a park.

Within walking distance of Southend amenities, pier, shops, and a short drive to Leigh.

Quiet, residential, location but close enough to everything the area has to offer. Especially great for the theatre or walks along the sea front.

Free street parking available between 21:00 and 11:00, during the day free or paid parking available within walking distance.

This is such a comfortable base for what you're looking for in Westcliff. We were staying to visit family but it's only a hop and skip to the theatre or the beach and a lovely walk along to Leigh-on-Sea. The flat is much more spacious than the pics show and thoughtfully equipped. The beds are super comfy. We enjoyed our stay hugely and the hosts are very responsive and helpful.
