The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My husband and I stayed 11 nights. We worked remotely part of the time and explored - Rocky Mountain National Park, Breckenridge, Hiking, walking to restaurants / shops / grocery. Hi Country Haus is an ecelctic condo development (lots of different architecture). we were in the back and our unit was very quiet and private with a great deck / view of woods / comfortable patio furniture.(that’s why I chose it!) We walked across parking lot / road to the Fraser river everyday where there are swings and Adirondack chairs to kick back. The unit was partially updated and bright when you opened blinds. Beds were great! Kitchen well stocked. Had a great stay! Just bring wash rags - none there 😉

The condo was fully stocked and they thought of everything you would need during your stay. Nice large couch for a family, updated and great kids room.

We absolutely loved staying at this unit in Hi Country Haus! It was so cute and cozy. The beds were SO comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the entire unit was exceptionally clean, and we loved sitting on the back deck for coffee, dinner, and drinks - it was so quiet and peaceful. The best part was being walking distance to Hideaway Park for Jazz Fest and all the Winter Park restaurants. Thank you for the amazing stay! I will definitely be booking this unit again.
