The place was as described. Perfect for our family of four. Pool and hot tubs were great! Location perfect for accessing skiing and restaurants. We would stay again!

The place was a lot smaller than the pictures indicated. There was not much seating in the family room. We had issues with the heat, but it was OK. The hot tub was a little ways away, but it was good.

Property manager was aware the heater was broken prior to our stay. They claimed they thought replacing the thermostat would fix it, but they didn’t bother to check. It would have been immediately obvious their fix didn’t work, but they just threw up a new thermostat and walked away right before the weekend when maintenance would not be available. The outdoor hot tub was also broken for our entire stay and the indoor pool/hot tub was so over chlorinated it burned our eyes. My son didn’t want to go in the building because it burned his eyes (he normally loves the hot tub). If this was a private owner managing their property from afar I would understand. But this is Vacasa. They are being paid to manage the property. Looking back I’m realizing that every Vacasa property I’ve stayed in has been poorly maintained compared to ones that owners are managing themselves. This should be the opposite. Lastly the mattresses were worse than motel 6. Location is good with a nearby shuttle stop and walking distance to town.
