The home is less than 12 miles from Walt Disney World and a 30-mile drive from Universal Orlando. Renowned golf destinations like Orange Lake, Mystic Dunes, and ChampionsGate are all within easy reach of the home. Community tennis and pickleball courts add an option for on-site recreation.

The interior is bright and inviting, with Florida-inspired decor and strong natural lighting featured throughout the space. Settle in around the plush, living room sectional to stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or steal away to the front family room for some quiet reading time. This space also includes a smart TV for added flexibility. The spacious full kitchen comes well-equipped for family-style meal prep and includes an attached breakfast bar that connects the space with the living room. Full meals can be enjoyed around the separate dining table.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV and three kid's rooms each feature a playful, character-themed decor.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
