Welcome to the cozy Aschaubichl – Bergaurikel apartment! With 45 m², this is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday in Grainau. The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove (microwave available on request), a bathroom, and space for two guests. Wi-Fi and TV are included. Enjoy the stunning Alpine panorama from your private balcony.



The apartment is quiet, central, and sunny, just a short walk from the swimming pool, spa gardens, and town center. A bus stop, the Zugspitzbahn, hiking trails, and a cross-country ski track are also nearby.



You can park conveniently on the property. One pet is welcome by prior arrangement and for an extra charge. Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Pros: We were nicely surprised by the landlords, we arrived very late but they did an amazing video so we can see everything. When we got there for us was waiting a home made jam and kacke,egg liquor and two beers for my man decorated with a Real flowers. They have made a special place for our dog with a treat for him. The hospitality was great as they are very nice quiet people. They have played also a guide role to us so we got a nice tips from them where to go and what to do.The place was exactly like the pictures,but the view it was much prettier in real life -just brathe taking. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend to anyone who wants to see Zugspitze and have a great time.
