The bar seats three & the dining room table seats four. The living room has a floor to ceiling rock fireplace, a queen size sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. A sliding glass door leads to a covered balcony with lounge chairs, table with four chairs for dining & a gas grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress. A sliding glass door leads out onto a covered balcony. The private master bath has a shower, sink & toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with new furniture & mattress as well as a set of bunk beds. The hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo, sink & toilet.
