About this house rental
Your next adventure awaits you in this spacious Colorado retreat. Take advantage of the great outdoors and then come home to relax in this clean and comfortable 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home with views of the Rocky Mountains. This three-level home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in Longmont and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Plenty of spaces to gather, relax, or play games. The open-concept, well-stocked kitchen flows to a dining area and a great room with a cozy fireplace. There is a covered deck off the great room with plenty of room to relax while you enjoy the views. The first floor also includes a private work-from-home office with French doors, High-Speed Internet (1 Gig), and a comfortable living room and dining room.
Two staircases lead to the second floor. The large Master bedroom has a fireplace and opens to a deck that overlooks the lake and mountains. The deck has swivel chairs, a gas fire pit, and two lounge chairs; perfect for watching the stars at night. The master bath has a shower/steam room, a jet tub, and a water closet. The second floor has a vaulted ceiling gym (treadmill, rower, TRX, bench, weights, etc.) and a family room with a TV and a full bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor (one with its own bathroom and the others with a shared bathroom). There is also a laundry room on the second floor.
The finished garden-level basement has tall ceilings, a fifth bedroom, a full bathroom, a wet bar, a ping pong table, and a comfortable family room with a large TV. The house has a three-car garage and comes with bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and a gas-start charcoal grill. The 3.5-mile loop out the back door and around Lake McIntosh provides a scenic walking, running, and biking trail and is connected to miles of other dedicated trails around town. There is also a bike trail that leads from Longmont to Boulder.

This house was perfect for our visit to the Boulder area. It was convenient getting to the house from the airport and a perfect central location for exploring. It is located nicely in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views but still had plenty of options for groceries and restaurants nearby. The house was extremely spacious for our group of couples, and we got exactly the peaceful, outdoorsy week we were looking forward to. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the easy communication with the owner. Would definitely book again!

We had a fabulous time in this very spacious, clean, and comfortable house. It was close to everything - Boulder, RMNP, Estes Park, and Denver. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Loved this house! We had a great trip to Colorado with our whole family. We planned to use the house as our home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Boulder, Breckinridge and Denver - which we did and it worked out brilliantly! But what we didn’t expect was being able to enjoy coffee with a view of a lake and the Rockies every morning on the deck! And then after coffee to walk right outside our door to a trail around the lake with that fabulous view! Our adult kids started every day with a run around the lake and then used the home gym to workout before we headed out. They LOVED the house! I loved that it was super clean, very comfortable with plenty of spaces to gather, a kitchen big enough to cook for the whole clan. We sat outside at night and watched the stars… wow! I HIGHLY recommend booking - it’s a gem!
