About this apartment rental
Cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath carriage apartment featuring full size bed, a living room includes a couch that makes into a bed, and a full kitchen with everything you need. There is ONE parking spot available, but once you are here there is no need to move your car! This carriage house is 2 blocks from the square, and less than 1 mile to the University of Mississippi's campus.
This is an original historic carriage house! It is attached to the main house that faces South Lamar Blvd, but there is no access to the main house from the carriage. Very private!
Homeowners live in on property so they are there to assist you should you require anything special!

Perfect location with a short walk to the square for dining and nightlife. Walkable or short drive to campus. Well appointed den, kitchen, and bedroom combo. Great, quick communication with the host. The snacks and coffee were a welcome surprise. Would definitely stay again.

The house is perfectly located in Oxford, MS. You can easily walk to the square or campus!! The house is clean and the owners were easy to work with. Highly recommend!!
